The attentiveness and response time was wonderful for the cremation and a few other services. The one thing that meant a lot to us and would have for my mom, is in the sharing of remembrances of my mom online in connection with her obituary. My mom did a lot of writing and collecting of stories that were shared. I'm disappointed that family and friends were not able to share their thoughts on your website about my mom. A number of people tried to submit thoughts, but people had to sign into Google and then Blogger only to still be blocked from adding anything. Also, my mom was a big time editor of things and would have been disappointed that her obituary couldn't have been put into paragraphs versus one long entry as was submitted to the funeral home.I personally have found it beneficial/healing to share my thoughts and experiences for someone that recently died, on a different funeral home website. I recieved messages of thanks from his family members. So I know the comment/story was read. Some families may not need this service, but our family is very prolific in sharing written words.
