Flooring near Balsam Lake

“I called HP Flooring one and a half weeks ago. I talked to Tyson Hetzel regarding my project: replacing 12”x12” adhesive backed floor tile with vinyl plank tile in a very confined room. The project only involved 33 square feet of installation. During this initial contact, he outlined the scope of the project including removal of old tile and the toilet. Also, baseboard trim would have to be removed and replaced. I told him I would do all of that and that I only wanted him to do the replacement flooring. He told me that would be fine. He suggested that I choose and pick up the flooring from the local “big box” lumberyard. He quoted the job at that point. He said that once I had the materials, to give him a call.I called back this morning and I now have a complete job! Tyson did all the work himself. He was very meticulous and did a super job. He cleaned up afterward and completely met all of my expectations. I would recommend him for any flooring install.“
