The technician diagnosed the problem quickly. The only downside was that a part had to be ordered, which meant a delay and two trips to fix the problem. The delay was not Mr. Appliance's fault, just a bit of a headache. They acted as quickly as they could to take care of us.
I had an issue with my dryer and found them online. The technician Donald was great: knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and ultimately fixed the issue promptly. Price was right too. Definitely recommend Mr. Appliance.
