Dean Monicken was quick to respond to my freezing spa. He came and determined that the entire box needed to be replaced. He did not have the proper size box and told me he would be back the following day. He finished and did a great job. Thanks.Four years later and once again Monicken Electric promptly came to my rescue. I traced an Open Neutral from my main box to my microwave. There was a hidden junction box, with a loose connection. Pardon the pun, but Dean can think outside the box with his diagnostic skills. Thanks for the great and prompt service. I cannot thank you enough!

Dean saved me several times after buying an old house with alot of issues then a complete flood of my basement. He does it all even fixed my furnace last spring after the vent cleaners didnt close the door right.
