After completing a 50 mile bike ride on Saturday, and running 10 miles in the Bridge 2 Bridge in Eau Claire on Sunday, I don't think I would have recovered from this as quickly if I hadn't done the inflammation essential oil layering and infrared sauna session at Alleyveda! What a great post-recovery therapy for any athletic activity!
