“We were not the actual customers - our neighbor was. There was no suitable access onto their property, so we were asked to let them cross our front lawn. The entire crew that worked on their well were exceedingly careful, polite, and respectful of our property. They went out of their way to leave minimal tracks and were even thoughtful enough to unplug and then re-plug in extension cords lighting my Halloween display. While that may sound like a small thing, it was a big thing to me. I felt the level of professionalism to us, who were not even their customers, truly exhibits an excellent team and the kind of business I would want to do business with when/if the need arises.
