“I had such a great experience with Carmen. I started with a consultation because I have never dyed my hair before and was a bit hesitant. She gave me great tips on how to keep my hair strong and healthy and insured that I was going to be happy with the balayage style we were going for. When it came to my hair appointment, she was very knowledgeable and friendly to talk with and she gave me the blonde hair I was striving for. She even had me back for another appointment to touch up a few areas to make sure my hair was perfect.
