The only issue I have had is not having less frequent pickups for a lower cost... I live alone and only have enough trash to put out every 2 or 3 weeks.If this where available then all would be perfect.
I appreciate flexibility of pickups per month - I have a business and some months of the year we are picked up 1/week and some months 1/month.The drive drives cautiously, picks up/sets down cautiously - important with kids and dogs running around. Has given assistance when requested in a friendly and professional manner.
