Definitely recommend for after hour emergency services! Had a toilet clogged late on a Saturday and they responded within 2 hours (with an hour drive) and quickly remedied the issue. They arrived at 8:30 pm and were very polite and seemed appreciative of the business.

Returned home in the early evening to an overflowing septic system with the risk of it backing up into the house. And a B&B guest arriving at the same time! Superior came out and fixed the problem that night! Helpful, positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It couldn't have been much fun to repair a septic system in the dark, but Brydon did so with a smile and explained how the system works and took extra care to make sure the tank didn't need pumping and that everything was working correctly. Thank you!!

I had a small plumbing issue due to a new counter top and sink install and these guys were able to squeeze me in the same day and help me out. Had to call them back for a very, VERY minor problem after, and they came back promptly and took care of it perfectly! Very happy customer! Would highly recommend!
