Matt and his team was tremendous in working with us when our basement flooded. The team was immediately on site, and Matt was in regular communication with us, and provided assurances that we badly needed during this stressful time. Thank you Matt and team for getting us through!!
My aunt recently passed away and left us a house that was a horrible mess! I called Service Master and met Matt at her house. I told him it's really bad and after he came out, he agreed it was the worst he'd seen. His team filled 5 dumpsters and Matt was always in communication with us during the lengthy process. One of the greatest things about these guys was their honesty. My aunt was a hoarder and had left buckets of coins, baseball cards and an extremely valuable coin collection in this mess. Desperately needed ducts cleaned after a decade of breathing in smoke residue from a house fire. Steve and Tony were so helpful and, despite the challenges built in to the layout of the house, were able to clean and rid the heating vents of the fire odor I’ve been struggling with for years. Highly recommend!
