We called on a cold Friday night after our garage door seized up halfway. We couldn’t go home from our cabin until we could get the door shut. We expected to have to wait til Monday to address things. Rolly called us back within the hour and said he could come out on Saturday morning. He was able to make the necessary repairs for now and identify what else he will do for a longer term fix. His knowledge and work are top notch.
We have dealt with Ashland Exteriors in the past as well and have been super impressed with Rolly’s professionalism and timely service. We would recommend this business again and again and will be telling our friends!
So happy! New asphalt shingled roof and gutters on our house and couldn’t be happier. Fair price, quality materials, excellent communication, stayed on schedule, and boy did they work hard! He even came out to our house a few weeks before starting to help put up tarps on the problem areas because rain was in the forecast. He used tarps on the ground around the house’s perimeter and cleaned the entire perimeter with the magnet roller, too! We got the dumpster delivered to our house and Rawley made sure to get the tear off done in time for the dumpster pickup, which saved us money with the waste company.
