I have a lap top that needed some work; I prefer to support locally owned and operated businesses; I found ZarCom on Google and gave them a call. The owner's name is Frank. Very nice guy. I explained what needed to be fixed, and he gave me a price quote and said he could probably have it ready by 9 a.m. the next day. True to his word, my laptop was fixed and ready for pickup by 9 a.m. What I paid was exactly what he quoted me; there were no hidden fees or anything else like that. Any computer or electronic repairs that I may need in the future, I'm giving my business to Frank.

ZarCom will be Dave and my first ever publicly posted review of a business, because we wanted to share with anyone that might Google ZarCom looking for feedback from one of Frank Zaruba's completely Satisfied customers. We had asked the owner, Frank Zaruba to stop out so we could show him what we would like covered with a security camera system. Frank at ZarCom is one of the best PC technicians I have had the pleasure to deal with in past 20 years. He is very knowledgeable about computers and also very sharing with his knowledge. And, when it comes to work on computers, he will quote a price and will call you if he finds something that was not expected. In other words, he is an honest person who does great work!
