I love practicing with Jessica. She is an intuitive instructor that leads with ease and explains poses with modifications so everyone feels welcome on the mat. If you appreciate an instructor who is hands on (with permission of course), you will enjoy her practice. You will enjoy it if that's not your thing, too.
