I recently bought glasses at Wisconsin Vision in Appleton. Last week, there was a mishap and my glasses got bent. I took them in and they got them back into shape for me in less than 15 minutes and even replaced the nosepads with larger ones to correct a problem I'd been having with them sliding down on my nose. And there was no charge. Everytime I've gone in, they do an exceptional job and adjusting the fit of the glasses is always free.

I normally don't leave reviews, however, I feel I need to leave one in this instance. I needed to find a new place to purchase glasses. My eye Dr. doesn't take the insurance I have, and the place I was going to just up and closed. The moment I walked into Wisconsin Vision, I was greeted by the nicest people. They are very patient and helpful. Rob helped me out personally, with making the choice of what glasses to choose and the fitting. He was so nice-and fun! I don't think it took a full 2 weeks to get them. I didn't make an appointment when I needed to be seen-walk-ins are welcome and I never had to wait. 1st time here and 1st experience for my girlfriend getting prescription safety glasses. Such a smooth interaction. Great selection of frames. She said it was "easy peasy lemon squeezy"
