We have an old furnace and air conditioner, and I've had Valheat at my house 3-4 times over the past few years for both heating and air conditioning. Every visit, I've been very pleased with their service, promptness, price, and no-nonsense, honest attitude. Each time I've called, they have come out very quickly and fixed the problem immediately. Post-fix, Charlie tells us what he fixed and he shows us the broken part; additionally, on one occasion, he showed us how do one of the fixes ourselves to save us money in the future. Finally, the prices are very reasonable and this most recent visit, I was surprised with how much cheaper it was than I was expecting. I respect Charlie's opinion, and I plan to continue using Valheat when we replace our furnace this summer.
