She greeted me with the biggest smile on her face and really helped calm my nerves and guide me through what tanning is like and recommended the best lotion for me. “Best tanning salon in area! Having the convenience of two locations makes it even better. I go to the East location and love every one of the employees! Always so cheerful and ready to greet me the moment I walk into the door.
I had an experience a few months back while tanning, where several of the lights were either off or flickering and I brought it to the managers attention. The very next day I went to tan and their maintenance man was already in there fixing the lights :)
And my latest experience, just recently, I explained that I was leaving in two weeks for a vacation down south. I needed some quick results, in the most affordable way because this was right smack in the middle of the holidays. I know from experience you’re always trained to upsell. Well, these two girls working that night figured out the best package for me ❤️ and mind you, this was at 7:35pm and they close at 8:00pm. They never rushed me, I did my session and I left there feeling so happy that I have The Cutting Edge as my tanning salon!! Thank you ❤️“
