Without reservation we completely agree that SERVPRO consistently sends out professional, friendly, knowledgeable, engaged, detail-oriented, helpful teams organized in a timely manner. They use high-quality equipment. To us the more important aspect of our interaction with Joyce, Jeff, Tyler and Kyle is their sensitivity to the emotional anxiety created by the situation. They offered complete procedural details and clarified options reassuring us that they had the expertise (and desire) to completely and faithfully restore our peace of mind and the reestablishing of the security of our home. This is an update review for Servpro concerning the same water event. I consider this information even more important than the original comments. After a couple of possible reasons for the leak were dead ends, the plumber repaired the water leak. Thanks to Servpro, today the downstairs is completely dry and odorless, the furniture and rugs unstained. Over a three week period a team came almost every day to check the equipment and progress made. The same team rotated through so we always knew the members. Anyone new was introduced and vetted. The entire staff continued to take their restoration responsibilities seriously and were always professional and friendly. (The plumbing team, not so much. I had to speak to them about the content of their conversations and their language as they worked.) One significant point that deserves mention is that Tyler (who has always been on top of the situation) took the time and initiative to arrange a free inspection with a specialist whose insights proved helpful. Because of the great experience with Servpro, we have full confidence that the downstairs will be completely put to rights.
