Do you know the feeling of frustration when you call an 800 number, wait a while to speak to someone, explain your problem, they tell you that you're talking to the wrong department, transfer you, you start your story over again, they give you information and you hang up only to learn it wasn't right and you have to call back and start all over again? Amplify that, pair it with VoIP taxes to complicate matters and then feel stuck to stay because you THINK you're almost through the bad parts and it's been such a long, terrible process that you can't fathom starting over, but want to because you've had such an awful experience that you're so mad to write them checks monthly. It's not been great- it's still not great and there is really not anyone who wants to see anything through. They're too big. Too busy. It's too much. Look elsewhere.

We used this firm for many years and they did a decent job of doing our taxes years ago. More recently we have experienced very poor customer service and we did not feel the firm stood behind their accounting when problems arose. Even after a long history as customers they suggested that we seek another accounting firm as soon as there was trouble. We definitely got the feeling that this is a fair-weather accounting firm. If you get one of their better accountants you may have a better experience however recently their prices have skyrocketed so as a result of our poor experiences we have decided to move on to a company that concentrates on customer service and reliable accounting.
