Aura overall is friendly and feels really easygoing, but Kate! Kate is great! First and foremost, she cuts/colors/styles my hair very well—she gets that I have weird hair (don’t we all) and does extremely well with it. I appreciate that she’s up for chit chat when I get antsy/nervous. I especially enjoy watching the techniques and asking about the tools and products she uses. I’m not super brand loyal, but she has recommended a few Aveda products that are PERFECT for me.Also! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would. I had an amazing experience. My first time to this Aveda location as we recently moved to the area came recommended by a friend. I was referred to Kimberly. She was amazing. Attentive & really listened to my concerns & goals for reaching my desired hair color. We went with a balayage style which was for me a first time. It came out amazing. I felt so comfortable & secure with Kimberly. The staff was attentive when I walked through the door bringing me ☕️. Beautiful salon and love the location. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing. Shout out to sylvia, incredible stylist. I have VERY problematic hair and i am very picky, she was able to give me EXACTLY what i wanted while maintaining the integrity of my hair. She gave great advice for home care, my hair has never looked or felt better!
