“We love our new Van's built home. This was our 5th build and we needed it to come together quickly as we were out of town for some of the planning process. We met with Phil, picked a plan we could work with, then had an architect friend make some big modifications to customize it. Phil was great to work with through all the changes ( some last minute). Phil was a real pro's pro. The subs did great work. The cabinets, flooring, tile and trim were all first class quality. Only a couple of small follow up items that were handled promptly. Van's was also able to adjust our closing date to accommodate our moving schedule. The selection process for fixtures etc can be intimidating but they have a system that makes it easy.“
