Needed rugs cleaned before move. Pioneer was able to quickly arrange a date/time to pick up the rugs. We needed the rugs prepared for storage and I was concerned about the rugs being dry before being rolled for storage. As I had a bad experience with a recent carpet clean, Bryan was very accommmodating and agreed to meet me at the store to verify the rugs were dry. Also, he agreed to deliver the rugs to our storage unit, instead of the house. Great customer service. Wish I had used Pioneer for my carpet cleaning. Don't let my mistake be yours!
We had another "carpet cleaning company" come in and they left our carpet with streaks of clean areas and other areas that were obviously missed. Pioneer came in and not only is our carpet amazing, they made our sectional look brand new! 10 out 10 would certainly recommend!
Bryon and his crew did a fantastic job on our carpets. Couldn’t be more please. Professional courteous and on time service. Highly recommend this company. My wife was totally impressed with the organized way the team conducted themselves and all the precautions taken to protect the hardwood floors. Something I have never seen before with other companies, they had floor fans running in all areas to help start the drying process. Bryon really knows his business. Deserves more than 5 stars. Thanks.
