Hands down the best at permanent eyeliner. She has definitely has the artistic, soft touch, and she is super fantastic at it! I love my eyeliner! I asked for bold and she gave me more than expected! She fixed the drooping of my eyeliner from a previous technician. 110% satisfied!
I have been going to Nee for my brows since 2017! She is very warm & friendly, consistent, and experienced! My mornings are easier because of her talent. I love having my brows microbladed. Thanks Nee!
