So I work for the most amazing company ever. My bosses truly care and put family first. When I started working for Kleenmark I set up to have a few days off after the baby was born. As most people know my wife had complications and my boss was amazing about it. They sent Jen flowers and sent texts emails and called to make sure Jen was doing okay. Never once did he tell me you need to be back to work tomorrow, he told me take as much time as you need and let me know when you are ready to come back to work.
