The owner was honest that he would do the best he could and at least troubleshoot the issue as they were closing by 4 pm. He was working on it within an hour and had to dig further than his initial assessment. He was able to complete repairs while keeping me up to date on his progress and I was very happy when he stayed past 5 pm to wait for me to pick up.
