Integrity Heating & A/C LLC Grandview has amazing customer service! They're incredibly personable; every time someone is sent to our home, we feel that we're treated like family. They consistently do a great job, offer great pricing, and have fantastic employees. Today, we had Jevin come out. He was diligent in his work and quickly found the issue. He was so polite and respectful to the whole family (including my toddler who had many questions) and clearly explained what the issues were with our A/C and why. Condenser would not fire up. Called for service, and they had a van in my area already. Was back up and running in about 30 minutes after calling. Just needed a new starting capacitor. Top notch service. Fast work and no BS. Highly recommended
