“My AC went out one evening and I called 3rd Gospel the next morning and John showed up at my house 10 minutes later. Apart from being one of the nicest, most pleasant guys I've met in years, he quickly diagnosed and solved the problem, all the while expressing how he hoped it was quick and easy and not too costly.

After fixing the problem for an extraordinarily reasonable price, he did a quick maintenance check on my AC and heater and educated me on ways I can maintain them myself to cut down on future costs. This education, extra work, and diligence were not included in my bill.

I feel so much joy and gratitude when I can find a business like this: real human beings who want the best for their customers. They're clearly focused on keeping costs down for their customers and doing so with as little inconvenience as possible. Every visit, I've been very pleased with their service, promptness, price, and no-nonsense, honest attitude. Each time I've called, they have come out very quickly and fixed the problem immediately. Post-fix, Charlie tells us what he fixed and he shows us the broken part; additionally, on one occasion, he showed us how do one of the fixes ourselves to save us money in the future.
