This was my first time hiring Haak Heating. I called a week in advance for a furnace and AC cleaning/check. Jim showed up exactly on time, was very nice, professional and experienced. After he was done he explained what he found and gave suggestions on how to care for the AC during the winter, I found this very helpful. I will be happy to get him back next time. Susan
