Going in for my first float I was super nervous. I didnt know if this was going to be some complete flop or life changing. Let me be clear on this, this is typically not my kind of thing but I went with an open mind. Was I going to like it? Could I get my racing thoughts to stop so I could shut down? Well once I got there I had a guide show me and teach me everything I needed to know. He was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had. I went from super nervous to feeling a sense of belonging right away.
This place is clean! Like you feel like you're in a high end spa. Kind of felt important and the vibe there is 100% zen.
I have been visiting Float Light for years and have taken advantage of services like their floats, massages, hot/cold therapy and, most recently, the breathwork journey. Ashtyn did an excellent job guiding us through the breathwork and meditation. Regardless of which service I am visiting Float Light for, the staff is always welcoming and helpful. I always leave here with a better mindset and feeling rejuvenated. Truly a great place to focus on yourself!
