I took them in and they got them back into shape for me in less than 15 minutes and even replaced the nosepads with larger ones to correct a problem I'd been having with them sliding down on my nose. And there was no charge. Everytime I've gone in, they do an exceptional job and adjusting the fit of the glasses is always free.“
