Erdye’s Pest Control LLC has consistently delivered excellent service. I engaged their services last year and have continued with their monthly check-ins for maintenance. From the initial appointment with the sales/technician to every visit from the technician and interactions with the front office over the phone, the experience has been top-notch. Called on a Monday about a wasp nest mistakenly found (with the back of my legs) in the ground over the weekend in an area pretty close to where kids play in the backyard. They came out that Wednesday and had it treated. Tech was very friendly and explained what he was doing/using. Checked 2 days later, no more wasps. Job well done! The one and only knock was I was not notified about a follow up visit which there was another minor charge for although I was explained the pricing prior to the initial treatment, just didn't realize they were actually sending someone out for one.
