Purchased 3 hot tubs over the last 35+ years. Everyone of them has been great (only 2 service calls over that period). Stop by at this year's fair and check out the latest stuff including the cool "new" Soaker tub. Ask for Brian "Jay" and tell him you want a beer to listen to his schpeel. :-)

We found out about Master Spas through the Spa show at the Resch Center last weekend. The team on site at the Resch was very helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to learn about our needs and gave us great advice on which hot tub would be best. We negotiated an excellent deal and the tub was delivered the next day. Talk about great service. They even stayed in touch to ensure the delivery went well and that we were satisfied with everything. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. 5 stars.

Ordered a hot tub a year ago. Put 20% Down we were told it would be here by August well we are a year in and still don't have a hot tub. However we spent all this money on a new cement for it and the 220 watt over 8 grand. All we got were lies from the owners nephew and they pocketed our money along with rude services from the owner himself over the phone. Trying to sell us a floor model. We didn't order that. Highly Do Not recommend. No one there seems to know what's going on over the phone and never call back it seems like a bunch of college kid's trying to run a business but to busy partying and don't have time to answer there phone's, nor refunded our money either. How sad how you run a business However I'm sure the BBB would love to know you voided your contact back in August of 2021. I give ZERO ⭐️⭐️
