My dog fell off of footstool. Called and able to get in in 10 minutes. Unable to walk on back leg. Took x-ray and not broken. Soft tissue injury. Received pain meds. Great care and love for my ?. Love staff!
Crossroads is the best! They all are very caring, compassionate and truly want to do what's in the best interests for your family pet. I brought our dog Mikey to be neutered and for a complete exam. They were patient, as he figured out where we were and took excellent care of him. So grateful for their explanation of everything. I highly recommend them. I'm very picky of who treats my fur kids, but Crossroads, no doubts. Thank you for all you have done!
Crossroads is an absolute fantastic veterinary clinic. I needed to find a vet up here and had heard good things about Crossroads. I was very impressed. My dog does not like other dogs due to an abusive upbringing before I adopted her so I was glad to find out that Crossroads takes this into consideration. They work in a circle so you do not leave through the same door you came in. After checking in you go around to the right and right into the exam room after your pet is weighed. If someone is completing an exam they leave to the right so there is never any interaction with any other animals. This is good for the safety of pets but also if they were sick and contagious.... read full review
