The staff was very nice and helpful. The vet did an awesome job with my pet and made sure all my questions were answered. I also greatly appreciate the flexibility they had with seeing us on very short notice for our issue.
Dr Palmer was a hoot to work with. But the most important thing was that Maximo was calm and relaxed when being handled by everyone. I have lived all over the Chicago land area and had a few vets up here. By far, Countryside is the best!
We love this clinic. The staff is wonderful. Kind and caring with our pets. Our very loved and ill 20 yr old pet was crossing the rainbow bridge and the clinic made it peaceful for her and gave us as much time as needed. She is no longer in pain.
