Short story... it was 5° outside, the furnace stopped working , on Call was there within the hour, our CO levels were dangerously high, tech insured we had alternate heating sources before leaving, received call from sales during off hours, given multiple options, furnace was replaced the next business day in little more than half the quoted time, I learned allot, all were courteous, the installation was clean, you felt that it was a family business. Kudos to Jake, Mark, Dan, and the on-call tech (that has memorized Bryant error codes). Our central air unit went out after 30 years (it lasted a long time) and we gave Christensen a call. They were prompt, friendly, and flexible. We got our new unit installed within a week and the staff was wonderful!

The Christensen Team came highly recommended to me when I moved to town. The AC line to my house was freezing up, and their team identified issues with installation of the existing high velocity system. They knew the specifications required and made the adjustments needed. My AC is now working great with no issues. Thank you to their entire staff.
