“Needed rugs cleaned before move. Pioneer was able to quickly arrange a date/time to pick up the rugs. We needed the rugs prepared for storage and I was concerned about the rugs being dry before being rolled for storage. As I had a bad experience with a recent carpet clean, Bryan was very accommmodating and agreed to meet me at the store to verify the rugs were dry. Also, he agreed to deliver the rugs to our storage unit, instead of the house. Great customer service. Wish I had used Pioneer for my carpet cleaning. Don't let my mistake be yours!“
