I read some of the reviews and was unsure about coming here. Some were really good and some not so much. Despite that, I called them anyways and got exactly what I was looking for! I can tell that the company has grown so much and thats exactly what everyone should be looking at. We all gotta start somewhere! The staff currently that helped me are friendly, knowledgeable, and know what they are doing. Thank you for doing such a great job!
Communication with this business was spot on. Dan called before arrival and was on time. Dan reviewed our situation of horizontal cracks and one step crack. Dan showed us how to measure to see if our walls are moving and in our case they were not moving enough for any work to be performed. We had no water leakage. He also asked questions about the drainage system for our house in which case we were able to show him our house plans, since we built in 1992, and he explained what we were looking at and the fact that our builder did it right.
