The team is known for their outstanding time management, with appointments often scheduled the same week as requested. Despite being busy and short-staffed, the staff remains polite and accommodating. Patients appreciate the doctor's attention to detail and the office's ability to fit them in during emergency situations. The staff is always courteous, patient, and ready to help. They also check if insurance covers procedures before scheduling, making the process smoother. The hygienist is accommodating and ensures patients are comfortable during appointments. My first experience with Appleton Dental Center was today and I have nothing but good things to say! I made the appointment late last night after an unfortunate tooth chipping incident and was able to get in today. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in, the dental assistants all seemed very friendly (especially the one that helped me before seeing the dentist), and the dentist himself was great. I have Medicaid, which they accept, and am usually scared to go anywhere due the stigma and judgement that comes with it as I’ve been treated poorly in the past for it. Not only that, but not many dental places accept Medicaid and the ones that do have a crazy wait time to be seen or don’t accept new patients over 18. To say I’m so relieved to finally get the dental care I’ve been neglecting due to financial reasons is an understatement. I left crying because I was so happy to finally get care that I’ve needed for so long.
So far I have had a very good experience here.
I have had 3 appointments so and Dr. Syed has been amazing. He has explained everything, and he understood my concerns. Everything has been very clean, staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone going to them!
