we have a leak and all they did was calk it which didn't fix the problem. we have had multiple other roofers come out. We were told the shingles on the edge was cut too short and they just tarred it to cover it. the ice and water shield is on backward and they didn't take the gutters off to make sure everything was lined up. They also don't return phone calls. tp get him to come out the first time on the leak it took multiple calls and even then all communication was done by text
