After a recent extremely stressful life experience, I completed 4 PEMF sessions. This helped to calm my nervous system, helped me sleep, and reduced my anxiety. Before I started the sessions, I woke up shaking and couldn’t calm myself. With each session I felt more calm and able to cope. Jen is so knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She was able to set the “frequency” in order to best accomplish what I needed.
