Megan is amazing. I went to her with perimenopause symptoms and wanting help to alleviate them naturally. She showed me how food, supplements, and herbs could help. Before I went to her I was tired, unmotivated, moody, and could not sleep. I felt like never leaving the house I was so tired and unmotivated. After working with her for 6 months I am feeling much better. I'm more motivated, I fall asleep right away and stay asleep all night. I am less moody cutting out all sugars and processed foods. She introduces stuff slowly so you don't get overwhelmed. My joints are less achy and I have been able to stop taking Zyrtec on a daily basis for my allergies. Highly recommend...read full review
