The space is just right: not cavernous like some funeral homes, and not cramped. The floorplan included several connected rooms where people could gather comfortably in smaller groups, as often happens at these events, without giving the impression of being "clique-ish". Sound system was effective for those speaking and for recorded music. Several displays of photos allowed for viewing at one's leisure. Staff seemed both very caring and professional.
