one of the best Luxuary Builders or general contractors in wisconsin , and he is a Packer fan
Prompt, efficient, professional and truly know the meaning of hard work and doing the job correctly. NRG installed a metal roof as well as a new window. They were very prompt in answering any questions I had and showed up precisely when they said they would, despite rain and early spring snow showers. These guys are so dedicated they didn't even take a lunch break! ( ok maybe a quick sandwich in the truck). I will definitely be using NRG for future projects. Highly recommended!!
The work isn't even done and we are inclined to share our experience. A few years ago we had a very poor experience with a local contractor. To right the work we had a few area contractors come in. Most had big ideas that included teardown with big price tags. When Andy from NRG came over he questioned why we were talking tear down. He saw there were things to be fixed but nothing that required extensive work. He shared with us that his goal was to do quality work at a fair price - to build a reputation of trust (paraphrasing). With that, we knew we found our contractor. Andy was transparent on pricing and time line. He communicated with us on any set backs to our start date. Today was the day. They showed up and got to work. No standing around, no shouting or swearing, no spitting chew all over our driveway. They are very respectful. Every evening they cleaned up before they left. They've communicated with us about what is going on and what they've found. They make sure we are involved in the process. Andy even coordinated with the dumpster vendor and the city to ensure we could park on our driveway (winter parking rules) AND has called the inspector's office along the way with any concerns. We will update as the work progresses but are currently so impressed with our experience. UPDATE: The NRG crew was out there working in sub-zero temperatures. They are serious about making their deadlines. They are finished and we are looking forward to having them return for additional projects. NRG work for you and truly want you to be happy. A great experience start to finish.
