Scott was very professional. I took in my PC and I asked Scott to only look at it for 4 hours to save money. He diagnosed my problem, and had the integrity to tell me that he diagnosed it within 2 hours so he didn't over charge me.

His experience is top quality anywhere and he makes house calls!I was having the blue screen of death on my custom computer that I built and Scott ran diagnostics on every memory stick and my SSD drives and discovered one bad stick of memory. He installed Windows 11 for me and after he was done, the computer runs flawlessly.Scott is extremely computer saavy, a very nice guy and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Forget Wausau, Stevens Point, Green Bay, etc. We have the best computer tech here in Antigo.
