We were ready to return him to the rescue. After several phone calls to find a trainer, we found Jen. She spent almost an hour on the phone to learn the specifics of our situation. We met in person and decided on a 3 week board and train. Waldo has been so much better since we have gotten him back. He is a much more confident dog. He still has times where he needs reassurance with people but those times are few and far between. He is much better on walks and we are no longer fearful of his reactions out in public. I cannot say enough about Jen and her staff.“
