I look forward to every workout at this facility and getting my butt kicked by these instructors. Every one of them is so inviting, engaging and encouraging. They've thought of everything to make the whole experience enjoyable and rewarding. I appreciate the sense of community you feel from day 1 with other members.
F45 has been a game changer for me and my fitness goals. I love how supportive the team is as well as the encouraging environment! I am feeling stronger every week and proud of the goals I will continue to achieve! If you’re interested, 21 days for $21 is such a great deal to check it out and change your life!
Love it! Amazing workouts that are not only extremely effective and fun, but safe for anyone and everyone! If I were to give you any suggestions though, I'd say the ability to talk to someone when you call needs improvement. I've called a few times during business hours but nobody has ever answered.
