I've been going to Steph since I was pregnant five years ago, and she's been AMAZING! I carry so much tension in my neck and shoulders and she quickly became my go-to girl for relaxation. Thank you as always for the incredible work you do!!!!

Steph is amazing! Even after one appointment with her doing some work to break up scar tissue around my hips I have increased range of motion. I always feel really good, free and open in my body after I leave an appointment with Steph. She is very skilled in her work. I'm so grateful for her. ❤️
