I had Baumann put in a new Air conditioning unit in my home that did not have one. He had a technician come and do the install, after the technician left at 5:30 (just left when he was done) we did a walk through of the outside and basement to check on things and found that some things were done very poorly and would need to be re-done/fixed. We called Dave Baumann to come and take a look and help us get this corrected, it took him 3 months (after calling 3-4 times) to come and finally look at it and make the fixes. Then upon Dave arriving he had a very unprofessional manner, as if he was annoyed with us that we wanted our job that we were paying for done correctly, and then upon getting done with the fixes he approached me and asked if I had a check for him, which I replied no to because after 3 months I had still not received a bill from him or his company. I am extremely dissatisfied this experience and will now no longer be a local and loyal customer with this business. I am VERY disappointed with this entire process/experience.

If you decide to do business with this company make sure you have a written itemized estimate listing specific products being installed and hourly labor rate signed by the owner and you before work starts.
