Fence Link installed a fence between my property and a neighbor’s. Months after installation, erosion exposed damage to a preexisting drainage pipe at the location of one of the fence posts. When I contacted the owner (Tim) within the 1-year warranty, he denied any responsibility and during our conversation his response to my concerns about long-term damage due to this issue was: “my warranty will be up by then, so it’s not my problem.”

I tried to call this place, I left a message and they never returned my call. I wanted to get an estimate on having my fence replaced. Even if they were to busy to come out, they should have called.
