Dr. Sam and her clinic run a great operation. I read other reviews frustrated about not being from the area and not having access to care, but honestly there are specific emergency clinics in Yakima and Kennewick just for that. We were able to make an appointment and be seen same day. It seems to me she is committed to her community and is careful to only take on new patients if she can provide good service. That seems very thoughtful and intentional. After meeting her and her team personally I can say we will be coming back. Excellent care for our two collie pups that is much appreciated.

Dr Sam is far and away the best Vet I have ever had. She keeps our boys in tip top shape, and they genuinely love her. I would recommend Dr Sam vehemently to anyone that wants the same loving and professional medical care for their pets as they would for any family member. You won't regret it.

Wow, best vet EVER!!!! (can I give 6 stars?)My dog Cash was having an issue the day before I was supposed to leave for a week and she was able to squeeze him in last minute to look at him. That may not seem like a thing but based on how many people were in the waiting room, and cars in the parking lot, she obviously had a lot of appointments that day so her willingness to find 10 minutes is greatly appreciated! To make it more amazing, her obvious love and passion for helping animals was so so evident. Her calming nature towards Cash was amazing!!
