NW Windows was extremely helpful, professional, and extremely quick at getting to my nightmare of a leaky window. Wes came out same day after calling them and gave me an estimate of what it would cost and to what caused the problem in the 1st place. Four days later he installed the window, and it looks great. What really impressed me about this company was the customer service I received from the "Do it all" Hollie. She was extremely helpful in getting me my window update, my scheduling and then of course my billing. There were no surprises everything was exactly what they said it would be. This company is great. The people are great, their work is great and they use quality Milgard Windows. They were the best priced out of multiple companies we received quotes from and they respected our time which is always appreciated.

The gentleman that showed up (Daniel) did a fantastic job! He was here early and had my new slider with a pet door installed in less then 30 mins. He was cleaning some tape off that I had put on the old door when I walked in to check on him. Going above and beyond his job duties. I LOVE my new slider with a pet door! Best idea ever!
